I have not yet received credit for the returned boots but expect it will come through just fine because the person I spoke with on the phone when I bought the boots was friendly, helpful and competent.

The boots have 2 non-functional zippers as part of the design. Very odd. The tops of the boots were too big to look OK with pants over them and I prefer to wear boots under pant legs rather than outside....ESP. If it looks like I am too lazy to zip them up.
