Confused by the sizing so ordered Med - needed large so exchanged - great service, nice lady on phone. Color - putty - is much, much darker than photo, much more brown. Would rather have lighter color, but everything else was fine.

I needed to exchange the large for a medium. Was given instructions. Filled out the forms for an exchange to a size medium. Return postage was paid by them. It only took four days round trip back to me which I consider excellent time. The quality of the hat is excellent and so is the price. I will definitely spread the word about their excellent service and quality.

This is a great looking hat . Although the only reason why I did give it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the hat did not run true to size . It was a little large , but that was nothing the old velcro trick couldn't fix since I did want to keep the hat . I am glad that I did , it now wears comfortably and I couldn't be happier for the price that I paid for this hat , it was well worth it .
